LinkedIn is an essential tool for recruiters to find contractors, freelancers and other employment opportunities. As a recruiter, you are most likely already on LinkedIn (and if you aren’t you really should get yourself on there). LinkedIn is reported to have over 740 million members, with 40% of users who engage frequently with the platform signing in for the latest news and posts every single day. Not only is LinkedIn useful for finding job opportunities, it is great for networking, building your business or personal brand, and sharing ideas and news.

Personal Profiles

Lyndsey Meredith | LinkedIn

Lyndsey Meredith is a Business Coach, Advisor & Mentor, who has owned her recruitment business for 11 years. If you are looking to grow your space in the recruitment world, Lindsey may have some useful tips as she focuses on personal branding and recruitment growth. Recruitment Consultants and Staffing Professionals

To get involved in conversations around recruiting, the Recruitment Consultants and Staffing Professionals has a discussion forum so you can share ideas and ask for help and advice. With over 300,000 members, it is aimed at a wide variety of people in the recruitment world.
